Civil Construction
Sponsored by the Township of Franklin
he Civil Construction Program is designed to equip Franklin Township residents with foundational skills in the general construction trade. Through hands-on training and classroom instruction, participants will learn:
- Job site safety
- Construction math
- Use of hand and power tools
- Blueprint reading
- Basic communication and employability skills
- Material handling
Upon successful completion of the program and final exam, participants will receive:
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- OSHA Certification
Provided by Brenshirer Consulting and Contractors

Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be a resident of Franklin Township
- Must be 18 years of age or older
